Our ethos here at the pub is to create delicious food inspired by the very best local and seasonal ingredients. Our menu will change on a regular basis, as frequent as daily, to represent the most seasonal produce available. Our style of cooking is modern, yet humble, with global inflections that come from our exploration of new flavours and produce.
