On Saturday the 22nd of June, we will be showcasing the amazing culinary talents of our Sous Chef, Anthony Rancans. 


Presenting dishes inspired by his already vast experience in different kitchens, Anthony has developed a menu that utilises some incredible local ingredients alongside other fantastic fresh produce.
